I am so proud to witness every day, that it IS possible to lose weight in winter, that it IS possible to eat clean and drink water, and that it IS possible to crash goals and reach benchmarks.
Of all the people on the planet, you talk to yourself more than anyone. Make sure you are saying the right things. Convince yourself that you DON`T need to take on a “snuggle up” mentality by eating more and doing less.
Have you gotten through those new year resolutions yet? Keep in mind that Autumn is a reminder that you still have time to keep all those promises you’ve made to yourself. It is natural to slow down, but equally as important that you don’t stop completely.
Everyone was just so busy!!!! Hats off, and a huge thank you to every member who has still found time to come to the studio diligently…
The jokes have been made – yes, according to statistics, the new year’s crowd in the gym have left the building…Either they haven’t got the results they wanted, or they were simply overwhelmed again by the rat race of 2019… But not in OUR studio!
Make New Mistakes. Make glorious, amazing mistakes. Make mistakes nobody’s ever made before. Don’t freeze, don’t stop, don’t worry that it isn’t good enough, or it isn’t perfect, whatever it is: art, or love, or work or family or life. Whatever it is you’re scared of doing, do it.
