For the very first time since lockdown, more than 80 people attended our function,
and rose to the occasion all dressed up in formal evening gowns.

And it all started with embracing the Challenge. Week after week I as struck by their enthusiasm and positive energy, as if they all yelled in silence: “We`re ready for anything you`ve got!”
I won’t rant and protest with the angry anti-lockdown group from Johannesburg that these draconian, ridiculous shutdown measures should end. …And this is exactly why I am launching a Winter Challenge.
I have come to realise how much of my identity has been tied into my job as a fitness instructor…But I have also realised that we all are so much more than just our day-jobs…I have seen dads turn into actors, comedians and child entertainers
This was our 11th Fitness Challenge, and it just seems to get better and bigger. Why? I think our Challenges grow because they are real, honest, believable, challenging and fair. And they deliver exactly what they promise to do.
